Real feedback from students and educators using StudyPulse to improve their results.
I wish this existed when I did VCE. I wasted so much time figuring out mistakes, but StudyPulse does it instantly. The mark breakdowns are exactly what you need to improve. Would've saved me hours of stress.
AbbyStudent, Mount Scopus
Honestly the best study tool I've used for VCE, the AI marking is insanely helpful and the mark breakdowns make it easy to see where I can improve. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to up their study scores!
ElliottStudent, Carey Grammar
Extremely impressed with the AI feedback, the mark breakdowns are so helpful. I actually don't know how you made it so effective and there is nothing to improve in my books. All the UI is amazing.
HenryStudent, Camberwell High School
I haven't seen anything like this before. The feedback is detailed, and it actually tells me what to fix. This is going to be so helpful for my 3/4 subjects this year.
DanielStudent, Trinity Grammar
StudyPulse has completely changed how I prepare for SACs. Instead of guessing what the examiner wants, I get specific feedback on every answer. My marks have gone up in every subject since I started using it.
SarahStudent, Year 12
The essay marker is a game changer for English. Students submit their analytical essays and get detailed feedback on structure, evidence use, and metalanguage in seconds. It's like having an extra teacher in the room.

The Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) is the national secondary school qualification in Botswana, administered by the Botswana Examinations Council (BEC). Students typically sit for the BGCSE at the end of Form 5 (equivalent to Year 12). Exams are held annually from October to November, with results released around February or March.
Each BGCSE subject is graded on an 8-point scale: A* (highest), A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. Grades A* to C are considered credits, D to G are passes, and U (Unclassified) means the student did not meet the minimum standard for a G grade. The University of Botswana converts these to a point scale where A* = 8 points, A = 7, B = 6, C = 5, D = 4, E = 3, and so on, with a maximum of 48 points across six subjects.
The University of Botswana requires a minimum of six subjects not below grade E, with at least five subjects at grade C or above, all obtained in one examination sitting. The minimum entry point total is 34 points (out of 48) for degree programmes and 30 points for diploma and certificate programmes. Specific faculties may have additional subject requirements.
The Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST) requires a credit (grade C or better) in at least six BGCSE subjects, which must include a minimum of a pass (D) in English and at least a credit (C) in Mathematics plus two science subjects. Programme-specific requirements may be higher.
Students typically sit for a minimum of six to eight BGCSE subjects. Since the University of Botswana calculates admission points from your best six subjects, most students aim to take at least seven or eight to give themselves a buffer. English Language is effectively compulsory for university entry, and Mathematics is required for most science and technology programmes.
Yes, candidates can re-register to retake individual BGCSE subjects in a subsequent exam session through the BEC. Registration typically opens from February to May each year. Improved grades can then be used for university applications, though some institutions may require all qualifying subjects to have been taken in one sitting for direct entry.
