What students and teachers say
Real feedback from students and educators using StudyPulse to improve their results.
I wish this existed when I did VCE. I wasted so much time figuring out mistakes, but StudyPulse does it instantly. The mark breakdowns are exactly what you need to improve. Would've saved me hours of stress.
AbbyStudent, Mount Scopus
Honestly the best study tool I've used for VCE, the AI marking is insanely helpful and the mark breakdowns make it easy to see where I can improve. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to up their study scores!
ElliottStudent, Carey Grammar
Extremely impressed with the AI feedback, the mark breakdowns are so helpful. I actually don't know how you made it so effective and there is nothing to improve in my books. All the UI is amazing.
HenryStudent, Camberwell High School
I haven't seen anything like this before. The feedback is detailed, and it actually tells me what to fix. This is going to be so helpful for my 3/4 subjects this year.
DanielStudent, Trinity Grammar
StudyPulse has completely changed how I prepare for SACs. Instead of guessing what the examiner wants, I get specific feedback on every answer. My marks have gone up in every subject since I started using it.
SarahStudent, Year 12
The essay marker is a game changer for English. Students submit their analytical essays and get detailed feedback on structure, evidence use, and metalanguage in seconds. It's like having an extra teacher in the room.
Ms. RichardsonTeacher, VCE English
My students used to wait days for me to return practice exams. Now they get instant feedback on every question through StudyPulse. I can see from the dashboard exactly who needs help, and my marking load has dropped significantly.

ECZ Grade 12 exams use a numerical grading scale from 1 to 9. Grades 1–2 are Distinction (75–100%), 3–4 are Merit (60–74%), 5–6 are Credit (50–59%), 7–8 are Satisfactory/Pass (40–49%), and 9 is Unsatisfactory/Fail (below 40%). Only grades 1 through 8 appear on the School Certificate – a grade 9 or absent mark appears on the Results Slip but is not printed on the certificate.
To qualify for the ECZ School Certificate, you must pass in at least six subjects including English Language, with at least one credit (grade 6 or better) among them. Alternatively, you can qualify by passing five subjects including English with at least two credits. All requirements must be met in a single examination sitting.
Candidates are required to enter a minimum of six subjects including English Language. Most students sit between seven and nine subjects, chosen from seven subject groups. English Language is compulsory for all candidates seeking the School Certificate.
UNZA generally requires a full School Certificate with at least five O-level credits (grade 6 or better) including English Language. Specific programmes have additional requirements – for example, engineering and health sciences typically require credits in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Some faculties accept GCE qualifications or recognised diplomas for advanced standing.
The School Certificate examination is for full-time Grade 12 students completing secondary school. The GCE (General Certificate of Education) is administered by ECZ for private candidates, school leavers, and adults who want to improve their results or gain new qualifications. Both follow the same syllabus and grading scale, and GCE results are accepted for university admission on equal terms.
ECZ Grade 12 results are typically released in late January or February of the following year. Results are published on the ECZ website (exams-council.org.zm) and can be accessed using your examination number. Certified copies of results for university applications must be obtained directly from ECZ offices.
