I wish this existed when I did VCE. I wasted so much time figuring out mistakes, but StudyPulse does it instantly. The mark breakdowns are exactly what you need to improve. Would've saved me hours of stress.

Honestly the best study tool I've used for VCE, the AI marking is insanely helpful and the mark breakdowns make it easy to see where I can improve. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to up their study scores!
ElliottStudent, Carey Grammar
Extremely impressed with the AI feedback, the mark breakdowns are so helpful. I actually don't know how you made it so effective and there is nothing to improve in my books. All the UI is amazing.
HenryStudent, Camberwell High School
I haven't seen anything like this before. The feedback is detailed, and it actually tells me what to fix. This is going to be so helpful for my 3/4 subjects this year.

StudyPulse has completely changed how I prepare for SACs. Instead of guessing what the examiner wants, I get specific feedback on every answer. My marks have gone up in every subject since I started using it.

The NAT is a standardised exam administered by the Department of Education (DepEd) to students at key stages: Grades 3, 6, 10, and 12. Unlike a pass/fail exam, it is a diagnostic assessment designed to measure students' achievement levels in core subjects, identify strengths and weaknesses across schools and regions, and guide DepEd in improving the basic education curriculum. Results are reported as a Mean Percentage Score (MPS), with 75% set as DepEd's benchmark target.
The subjects tested vary by grade level. Grade 3 students are assessed in English, Filipino, Mathematics, and Science. Grade 6 students take five subtests of 40 items each: Science, Mathematics, English, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan (Social Studies). For Grades 10 and 12, subjects expand to include additional areas aligned with the K-12 curriculum. All items are multiple-choice.
No. The NAT is not a pass/fail examination. It is a diagnostic and system-level assessment tool. Individual student scores are calculated as MPS = (Total Correct Answers / Total Items) x 100, and school- and division-level results are reported as average MPS. DepEd uses these results to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, allocate resources, and identify areas for improvement – not to determine whether individual students advance to the next grade.
The NAT itself is not a university entrance exam. Philippine universities use their own admission tests – the most well-known being UPCAT (University of the Philippines College Admission Test), USTET (University of Santo Tomas), ACET (Ateneo), and DCAT (De La Salle). However, NAT Grade 12 results may be used as one factor for scholarships and grants. The NAT replaced the earlier National College Entrance Examination (NCEE), which was abolished in 1994.
UPCAT is the entrance exam for the University of the Philippines system and is separate from the NAT. It consists of four subtests: Language Proficiency, Reading Comprehension, Science, and Mathematics. Your University Predicted Grade (UPG) is calculated as 60% weighted UPCAT score plus 40% weighted high school grades from Grades 8–11. Roughly 13–15% of applicants qualify – about 18,000 out of 135,000 takers in recent years. Socio-economic and geographic factors are also considered in the selection process.
DepEd typically administers the NAT between February and March of each school year, though exact dates vary by grade level and region. The exam is conducted simultaneously across the country in designated testing centres. Schools receive their results several weeks later, which feed into DepEd's national education quality monitoring system.
